Stay healthy always with few exercises and lifestyle changes

Health is wealth. Everyone wants to be healthy always. But they are not taking few steps or small initiative to stay healthy. Clean lifestyle and some exercise everyday is more than enough to be healthy. It is good for people at ages above 45. For people doing sedentary jobs, exercising is a must.
